Our short kimonos are made from Phulkari scraves. Phulkari is Punjab’s traditional artwork. Women used to make these scarves for special occasions and gift these to their daughters on their weddings. It is a symbol of love and care so women wrapped themselves in love and after some time this love spread to everywhere and everybody. 
The Phulkari scarf is embroidered and embellished by hand by Indian artisans. It is made of a slightly transparent georgette with a chunky colorful all over embroidery.
This kimono design is reversible and lined with a vintage cotton saree. The kimono has an open front, and the length is just below the hip.
